New Missionaries, Decorating and New Assistant

When President Parker and I returned home one evening we had a sweet surprise.
A few of the Senior couples had decorated the missin home for Christmas!! There
is nothing better than a beautiful Christmas  Tree.  We are so spoiled!

Elder Larkin and sister Zobrist  are getting a little help from Elder Paeu and Elder Leutele
with decorating the Mission Office Christmas Tree.

A special time  when a new assistant is called.  Elder Dietze from Canada was
called as the new Assistant to the President.  He will serve with his companion,
Elder Wilkins and together they will help lead  this mission.  So grateful for
valiant missionaries who have been prepared to be leaders in this work.  After a
dinner together in the Mission Home, we share a discussion of the assistants
responsibilities and Presidents expectations.  Always seeking the spirit of the Lord
as we plan and talk together. We are so grateful for these two missionaries and
look forward to serving closely together.

A fun trip to the airport to pick up 2 new missionaries.  Introducing Elder Salguero from
Equador. Elder Touma is so excited he is not the only missionary from Equador
anymore.  This is a great Elder, we could tell in 2 minutes!!  Welcome to the Australia
Adelaide Mission.  We love you.

We also found Sister Afualo from Samoa.  Welcome Sister!!  Another incredible missionary!
We are so blessed to have these prepared, obedient missionaries come to this mission.
We love you already.

Modbury, Marion and Firle Stake Conferences

November was a month of Stake Conferences in Adelaide.  We were privileged to
have Elder Leota from Sydney, Australia join for Modbury Stake Conference.
Then for the Marion Conference, Elder Hamilton, a new Area Seventy  from Sydney
as well stayed with us at the Mission Home.  What a blessing to get to know and be
taught by these great men.  Noticed this great post on Facebook from a sweet
young lady getting ready for Marion Stake Conference.  She is in her tent with the
door facing to hear the Conference with President Ellis presiding. This Conference
was broadcast to many surrounding areas in the Stake so some listened in their homes.
May we be like this young lady with our ears ready to hear our leaders.

to apply all of the new training today.

Missionaries giving this restaurant a thumbs up.

Sunday evening Fireside held at the Mildura Chapel .  This was an amazing evening.
the missionaries put on workshops to teach members and investigators more about
the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  They did a fabulous job and all were edified.  Here Elder
and sister Rohlfing, Sister Vaioleti and sister Ormond greet investigators and members.

Sister Missionaries preparing 2 precious daughters of God to be baptized.  Here with
1 of their sisters who is already a member:)

Sister Caesar and Sister Coultrop drove to Mildura to give a presentation using the
Mobile Gospel Displays at the Fireside.  They did a wonderful job.  This was a great
night.

Both shared powerful testimonies.  These sisters are bold and teach with power and
authority.  Incredible missionaries for the Lord.

These sisters work so hard.  President Parker has given them the assignment to care
for and present these beautiful displays.  Its a process to put them up and take them
down and they do it well.

Elders giving the sisters a hand, taking the displays out to the car.

They love and serve like no other.  Today was their first time training together and

in the Lords way.

Happy, diligent, obedient Sisters sharing the great message and inviting all to Come
Unto Christ.  These sisters are working miracles for the Lord.
