NT District Conference and Darwin specialized Training

 

We were honored to spend the weekend with Elder Walker who is an Area Seventy.

A giant of a man who we immediately came to love. What a privilege to be with

And learn from this great teacher.  An outpouring of the Spirit at this wonderful

Conference.  Missing: President and Sister Soininen-Temple President and Matron.

Met this sweet family this weekend while at District Conference.  Serena and Anthony

Were baptized last week and Kelly is meeting with the missionaries in preparation

To be baptized. Many of the Darwin missionaries have come to love this great 

Family as they pray for them and teach them the Gospel.  We love you and are so

happy you have chosen to follow the Savior and be baptized.  

 

Another great man we were privileged to meet was Brother Friday from Katherine

Who had come for District Conference.  Brother Friday stayed with Elder and Sister

Farrer and they showed him around Darwin. Brother Friday has a strong testimony 

and has such a love for others.  We have heard about this wonderful man for so long

And were grateful to finally meet him. We love you Brother Friday. 

 

Darwin Zone is on Fire!  The field is white, they are working hard, biking in the rain,

Doing all they can and being blessed!  Love these great missionaries!  Sister Mongan,
