(Backup) Alice Springs

 

Where would we be without our mighty Assistants???  It is such a privilege to serve

With these two phenominal missionaries.  They used to be called AP's, but out of

Respect for their calling, we have been asked to call them assistants , as you would not

Call a Mission President , MP or a Zone Leader a ZL.  After watching and learning from

Assistants like these two, we see why they are recognized with respect.   We love them 

Dearly and appreciate the grueling schedule they have.  They are consecrated,

Diligent, obedient and more than capable. 

 

When landing in Alice Springs, the first thing these Elders wanted to show us was

The new Bush Truck!  We have been anxiously awaiting this new vehicle for a long

Time and it was worth the wait!  Elder Barfuss, Elder Pickett, Elder Dietze, Elder

Wilkins, Elder Punou, Elder Hartman, Elder Au Wong and President Parker. 

 

Elder Au Wong and Elder Punou, Bush Elders, have assured President Parker they

Will take great care of this truck.  We know they will and we also know it will

Take them to see many miracles. 

 

What a joy to spend the day holding Zone Conference with these mighty missionaries.

After a long day of Zone Conference, Elder and Sister Lea invited all of the Zone

To their new flat for a wonderful dinner.  We forgot to take pictures but this is how

It looked afterwards. The weather was perfect, the meal delicious, and the company

Superb! Thank you Elder and Sister Lea! We love you.

 

Jeremiah Daniels was baptized in Alice Springs on February 21st.  HE was taught the

Gospel by Sister Garrote and Sister Manukau. 

 

More baptisms in Alice Springs. Andrena was baptized by Elder Lea in the Spotted

Tiger Rock Holes. Confirmed by Elder Au Wong.
