Alice Springs

Early morning trip to the airport for the assistants and President and Sister Parker.
How much luggage does it take to get all of the equipment for the Alice Springs
Show to Alice Springs?  This is how much!!  ITs always an adventure in the
Australia Adelaide Mission:)
Good thing we have 2 really strong assistants! And yes thats our Mission trailor in the
Back!
Once we arrived, everyone got to work.  Elder and Sister Lea were prepared with tools,
Tape, lamps, extension cords, etc. so our booth would be ready!
Alice Springs Zone Leaders, Elder Tigafua and Elder Kuru here with new missionary
Elder Hayes getting the booth set up. These great missionaries worked hard helping
To set up for the Alice Springs Show in exchange for getting our booth space for free.
The committee was so impressed with how hard they worked and how fast they had everything
Set up and taken down.  They are great examples.
One of the fun events at the Show was the Pig Racing!.  Also, a carnival, arcades,
Petting zoos, an arena and horse show, lots of yummy treats (President liked the
Mini waffles and strawberries) and then rows of booths of all kinds of things.
Great job Alice Springs Zone- and here are the results of their hard work!
Family History, Books of Mormon, Answers to soul searching questions,
Pamphlets, and wonderful missionaries ready to teach and testify.
Brother Johnny Honeychurch, new member was so kind and set up next to us with
Food and drinks for the missionaries and others.
