Zone Conference

 

Next we flew to Alice Springs for Zone Conference with this wonderful Zone.  

Doesn't get any better than this group of obedient missionaries.  Elder Dietze,

Elder Tigafua, Elder Komaisavai, Elder Anderson, Elder Hartman, Elder Corotan,

Elder Bouche, Elder Baker, Elder Hammond, Elder and Sister Tennis, Sister Matthes

and Sister Garrote. Hastening the work in Alice Springs. 

 

Enjoying sloppy joes and each others company. 

 

And what is this?   Its a honey ant. During lunch break at Zone Conference the

Elders brought President Parker and I a surprise.  A cup with honey ants in it. 

After much peer pressure, we gave in and tried this delicacy. 

 

 

 

 

And... we both lived to tell about it. I can't believe I am saying this but they are actually

pretty good. And it doesn't even kill them to suck the honey out of their sack.  They just

crawl away and pretty soon they have another sack on their behind filled with more 

honey.  Amazing! 

 

Elder and Sister Tennis always feeding us amazing meals and taking such good care

of us and this great Zone.  They will be leaving us soon and we will miss them

more than words can say. Thank you Elder and Sister Tennis for all the sacred service

you have so lovingly rendered. We love you.

This is what happens when I leave my camera out!  I get fun selfies that I love.

Great Bush Elders here-Elder Baker and Elder Komaisavai, plus a great new

missionary by the name of Elder Tigafua. 

 

These are the happiest missionaries you'll ever meet!  Sister Matthes and Sister Garrote

even make it fun to do the dishes.  They truly have joy in this work.  Love you sisters.

It won't be the same going to Alice Springs next month without the Tennis's being

there. Thank you for your diligent service.  You are loved by all and we are so blessed to

have served with you. .  This is a great town and we love coming to Alice Springs.
